Terrible. First guitar I took there, they kept for over a month, but never repaired. All the guys in the shop told me what a great neck it had, so they were taking it out of the case apparently, but never repairing. Foolishly I went back a year later with a different guitar. This time they swore they fixed it, charged me $100, but the same electrical problems happened the day I brought it home. I\'ve been fooled twice, so shame on me. Will never go back.

I had a minor setup done on an ovation. Worked out great for me. Received the guitar back in just a few days.
