Mark the guitar repair guy @ Ted Brown\'s was great! Not only did he fix what was broken, he also went the extra mile to fix another problem he noticed, after he called me about it. Apparently there was way too much space between the strings and the guitar and the strings needed to be replaced. The gentleman at the counter was also very helpful when I came in to pick it up. Very professional.
