After hell and high water to get to the shop before they closed (including being involved in a fender bender) I arrived at the shop 12 minutes before 6 o clock (the posted time on the door). The door was locked. The owner saw me and shook his head. I pointed to my watch, his posted time on the door, and he refused to open the door. I could understand 2 or 3 minutes before closing – BUT 12 minutes?! I simply wanted to drop the guitar off for repairs. I will not be back.
