2/5 - by MichaelI couldn't tell you about their actual services, just that their customer service is notoriously crappy. I've witnessed rude behavior on part of the owner and manager and heard horror stories about the way they treat customers. They are also overpriced.
1/5 - by chris this place is horrible. the employee's are nice enough, but have little musical knowledge. They are WAY overpriced on EVERYTHING and the manager/owner is rude. I would NOT recommend this store, go to the guitar center.
1/5 - by DubI regretfully bought a Gibson SG from L&M. I brought it back after one year for a checkup and they tried to say that they had to keep it for a 4 to 5 days to get the work done. It was only a inspection and cleaning. Which by the way it was filthy when i picked it up. Also the staff is rude and have a snobby attitude. I also dont like Guitar Center but its better than this place. For any parts go to pickers exchange.
