1/5 - by Barry

I took a brand new Les Paul (a dream guitar after searching for years for the right \'Les\") had a single note \"fret-out\" above the 12th fret on one string. These fools dressed and \"buffed\" the frets and neck so hard that the neck binding was worn to the point that the E 1st String stuck in every binding at the fret. Ruined a guitar. Gibson replaced it with a similar new Les Paul...but it was not a \"dream instrument\". These fellows could not even restring and adjust the intonation when I picked it up.
