Here at Steilberg String Instruments we analyze, scrutinize, accept (or reject) pieces before they are allowed to be put up for sale in our store. We then continue to follow through with added quality by allowing a free adjustment (if needed) within 30 days after purchase to further our commitment to providing our clients with "the instrument of choice". We are excellent at custom adjustments and will be most happy to setup the purchased instrument to your specifications ! These services are performed by Mr. Steilberg, who has over 30 years experience as a luthier (maker and repairer of string instruments). Also any instrument purchased from us does receive "preferential status" for future work regarding wear & tear, normal adjustments etc.
