His team is one of the best in the business and every time Ive been in there the repair crew have always been courteous and helpful in answering my repair questions. Ive had setup and fret work done as well having my Gibson Plekd. Highly recommend - the only drawback is there is usually a wait to get work done. Theyre a very popular shop in the Bay Area.
