5/5 - by Marty

Great Service! I had an old Gibson that needed some serious TLC, and Chuck really got it back in shape! Played Better then the day I bought it. I\'ll be bring all my guitars back in the future for at least a setup. Good, FAST, service.

3/5 - by MJ

I used this guitar store multiple times in the past and I haven\'t had any issues. I dropped off my acoustic guitar for repair and I was expecting promising results based on the reviews and the attitude of the staff. I was not satisfied with the work. I asked for some information on repairing a damaged part. The clerk said he would take care of it. I never received a phone call about the work and when I picked up the guitar I saw no changes to the damaged part. I\'ll need to take the guitar to another lutheir to complete the work. I was hoping for good results based on my past experiences with the store but I was disappointed in the service.
