Its a very time consuming process. I charge $100 for saddle installed and $100 for nut installed. After they are made on mill, they are hand sanded and cut with hand tools. The last process is installation in the particular guitar where you have to string up, un-string, and fine tune file many many times over. Makes a world of difference removing plastic saddle and nut.
